Costume Collection Policy
Costumes must be collected in person with a valid form of ID. In order to collect a costume on behalf of another masquerader, the person collecting the costume must present a signed letter authorizing them to collect the costume on the owner’s behalf, accompanied by a copy of the costume owner’s ID. The signature on the letter and ID must match.
Alternatively, the owner of the costume can send an authorization email to from the email address attached to their costume profile. This email must state the full name of the person authorized to collect on the costume owner’s behalf.
The person authorized to collect must present a valid form of ID at the collection point. Costumes remain the property of Trinijah until paid for in full and collected.
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable. Additionally, there will be:
NO exchange or switching of sections
NO changing of measurements or sizes
NO Costume Transfers
NO Returns accepted
Costume registration is only considered complete after receipt of a down payment. Down payments required are 50% of costume cost (inclusive of additional options).

Q: When can I register for my costume?
A: Registration is currently open until the section is SOLD OUT. Special requests must be ordered no later than four weeks before Carnival.

Q: What is considered special requests and additional costs for costume?
A: Monokini (if not included in costume), boy shorts, high waist bikini bottom, tankini, headpiece (if not included in costume), XL and above bikini bra sizes & shoulder piece (if not included in costume).
Q: Where can I view pictures costume?
A: Pictures are on www.trinijah.com, click on our costume store.
Q: When do I collect my costume?
A: Costumes will be distributed the week of Carnival. We will email you the exact pick up date and location prior to pick up. Distribution schedule will also be posted to our website.

A: Your initial payment of deposit or full payment must be made upon registration. Must be paid in full prior to collection of costume (NO exceptions).
